Job Description
The Risk Officer will oversee a robust enterprise risk management framework within the organisation, ensuring that strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored, and reported in accordance with applicable legislation and governance standards.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Attributes:
- Practical, hands-on experience in applying risk management tools and techniques,
- A solid understanding of the PFMA, National Treasury Regulations, and Public Sector Risk Management Framework
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FSCA, King V).
- Strong administrative and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and enforce procedures
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
