Required Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or related field.
Required years of related experience:
Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA)
Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAGE 300 or similar)

Job Description
The HR Manager will oversee and advise the implementation of Human Resources functions, ensuring that both managers and employees have access to the necessary information, procedures, and resources to effectively comply with HR guidelines, legislation, and policies.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Attributes:
- Strong working knowledge of SA labour legislation and HR compliance practices.
- Competence across HR lifecycle – ER, talent, learning, compliance, analytics.
- Understanding of team dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects).
- Verbal and written communication skills
